How do I create an account on CryptoVault Pro?

Click the "Get Started" button, fill in your name, email, and password. You will receive a verification email. After verifying, complete KYC by uploading a government-issued ID. Once approved, your account is fully active.
What is the minimum investment amount?

The minimum investment is $250 for the Bronze package. Silver starts at $500, Gold at $750, and Platinum at $1,000. For custom packages above $5,000, contact our support team for exclusive rates.
Which cryptocurrencies are accepted for deposits?

Currently, we only accept USDT on the TRC20 network (Tron blockchain). This ensures fast, low-cost transactions. Do not send USDT on other networks (ERC20, BEP20, etc.) as funds may be lost.
How long does it take for my deposit to be confirmed?

Deposits are confirmed within 1-3 TRC20 blockchain confirmations, which typically takes 1-5 minutes. Once confirmed and you have submitted your transaction hash, your investment activates and profit accumulation begins immediately.
Profits & Earnings
How are daily profits calculated?

Profits are calculated daily based on your investment amount multiplied by your package daily rate. For example: $750 (Gold) x 1.2% = $9.00 per day. Profits are automatically credited to your account balance every 24 hours.
What are the daily profit rates for each package?

Bronze: 0.8% daily | Silver: 1.0% daily | Gold: 1.2% daily | Platinum: 1.5% daily. All contracts run for 1.5 years (548 days) with daily profit distribution throughout the contract period.
When are profits added to my balance?

Profits are credited to your account dashboard balance automatically every 24 hours from the time your investment activates. You can view your daily profit history in the Dashboard section.
Can I reinvest my profits?

Yes. Once profits accumulate in your balance, you can use them to start a new investment package. Simply initiate a new investment from your dashboard using your available balance.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw my earnings?

Go to Deposits page, select "Withdraw", enter the amount and your USDT TRC20 wallet address, and submit the request. Withdrawals are processed by our team within 24 hours and sent directly to your wallet.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 USDT. There is no maximum limit. You can withdraw your profits at any time without penalty or lock-up periods.
Are there any withdrawal fees?

CryptoVault Pro does not charge withdrawal fees. However, standard TRC20 network transaction fees apply (typically less than $1). The amount you request is sent directly to your wallet minus the network fee.
Referral Program
How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with others. When someone registers through your link and makes a deposit, you earn 7% of their investment amount as commission. This is credited instantly to your account balance.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No limits whatsoever. You can refer as many people as you want and earn 7% commission on every investment they make. Build a large network and create a significant passive income stream.
Do I earn commission on my referrals' reinvestments?

Yes. You earn 7% commission on every deposit your direct referrals make, including reinvestments and upgrading to higher packages.

How is my account and funds secured?

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Go to your Dashboard, navigate to Security settings, and follow the 2FA setup instructions. We recommend using Google Authenticator or Authy. Once enabled, 2FA is required for logins and withdrawals.
What happens if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive a password reset link. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
